Auto-dispatch the right contractor

When a tenant reports a repair, havelo can email the appropriate contractor automatically with the brief and the photos.

Set it up

1. Go to /dashboard/contractors.
2. Add each contractor with their trade (plumbing, electrical, gas, etc.).
3. Optionally limit them to specific properties (e.g. one plumber for north London, another for south).
4. Optionally set spend caps per trade. Quotes at or below the cap auto-approve, anything higher needs your decision.

When auto-dispatch fires

A maintenance request submitted from the tenant portal that matches a single contractor (right trade, allowed for that property) gets dispatched immediately. You're notified by email so you stay in the loop.

If multiple contractors match, you'll be asked to pick one before dispatch.
