Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

How to change your plan (and what happens to your data when you do).

Upgrade

  1. Go to /dashboard/settings.
  2. Pick the higher plan and click "Upgrade".
  3. Complete payment via Stripe Checkout.
  4. Your new plan is active immediately.

Downgrade

  1. Go to /dashboard/settings.
  2. Pick the lower plan.
  3. Confirm in the dialog.

If you have more properties than the lower plan allows (e.g. 4 properties on a downgrade to Free which allows 1), you'll need to delete properties first. The system tells you exactly how many.

Cancel

  1. Go to /dashboard/settings.
  2. Click "Open billing portal" (Stripe portal).
  3. Cancel the subscription there.

You'll keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, then revert to Free.

What happens to your data

Nothing. All your properties, tenants, leases, applicants, maintenance history and compliance records stay. You just lose access to higher-tier features (more properties, AI assistant, etc.).
