Send a tenant application link

The fastest way to reference a prospective tenant is to send them a one-tap link. They fill in their own details, you get notified when they submit.

Steps

1. Go to /dashboard/applicants.
2. Click "Send application link".
3. Enter the applicant's first name, last name, email, and (optionally) the property they're applying for.
4. Optionally add a personal message that goes into the email.
5. Click "Send application email".

What happens next

• The applicant gets a branded email with a private link to fill in the form. The form is comprehensive (employment, income, address history, references, ID, payslips, self-declared issues).
• The link is one-time and expires after 7 days.
• When they submit, you get an email and the application appears in your inbox under the Pending tab.

If they don't submit

You can resend the email from the application card's overflow menu, or copy the link to share by another channel.

If you've already taken the details offline, click "Add manually" instead.
